Music Interest Form for 2022-2023
Dear Parents of 5th Grade Students:
 
Beginning in the 2022-2023 school year, your child will be able to have music as part of their course of study at Borel Middle School.  Please complete the form below ONLY if your child is interested in the music program and return the form to Borel Middle School.
 
In the 6th grade, students will have both music and physical education during the same period, but on alternate days.  Please remember that your child is signing up for the whole year.  Dropping this course during the school year will not be permitted.  Students are expected to practice their instrument 20- 30 minutes at home every day.  
A returned form does not guarantee a placement in the music program.  If you have any questions about the music program at Borel, please call one of the music teachers at (650) 312-7670.

Students who are interested must complete this Google Form with a parent/guardian and submit it by Friday March 18, 2022.

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       Empezando el 2022-2023 año escolar, su estudiante podrá tomar música como parte de su curso de estudio en Borel Middle School.  Por favor, completar la hoja de registro abajo sólo si su estudiante está interesado en el programa de música y devolver la hoja a Borel Middle School.
 
En el 6to grado, los estudiantes tomarán música y educación física durante el mismo período, pero en días alternados. Por favor, recuerde que su estudiante está registrándose para todo el año escolar.  Dejar esta clase no será permitido. Se espera que los estudiantes practiquen su instrumento 20-30 minutos en casa todos los días.  Al regresar el formato, no hay garantía que su estudiante obtenga un lugar en el programa de música.  Si usted tiene alguna pregunta sobre el programa de música de Borel, por favor llamar a uno de los maestros de música al (650) 312-7670.
