Photo and video opt-out
Services and events may be photographed or recorded by Union. You may opt-out of being photographed or recorded by filling out this form. Additionally, in the Sanctuary, certain pews are marked as Privacy Zones where no photos or recordings will be taken.

Photos or videos of children under 18 are never used in marketing materials without a parent or guardian’s permission. You do not have to fill out this form for your children under 18.
