Dear SUD treatment provider:

Thank you for your interest with the Provider Office Hour. Please complete this form to submit your question regarding the new residential/inpatient substance use disorder (SUD) benefit expansion, which begins on 1 January 2021. Questions submitted on this form will be queued and addressed during the Provider Office Hour every first and third Wednesday of the month, starting on 6 January 2021.

The Provider Office Hour is hosted by the Colorado Department of Health Care Policy and Financing, in collaboration with its partners at Regional Accountable Entities, Managed Services Organizations, and the Colorado Office of Behavioral Health.
