Please list current or future high school classes related to what you would like to coach (ie, if you want to coach Math is Cool, what will be your math class?  If you want to coach STEAM, are there classes in the arts you have taken?) *
If there are specific schools you would prefer to be placed at if possible, please list them in order of preference.  You may also share why you would like to be placed at these schools (ie, you attended there, it's close to your house, you have a sibling there, your aunt teaches there . . .).  We cannot make any guarantees but will do our best to place you where you'd like to be. *
Most programs meet right after school (ie, 3:30-4:30pm once/week for elementary programs, 3:15-4:15pm once/week for middle school programs). Please list schedule conflicts (ie, you have piano lessons Tuesday after school) that will impact your coaching assignment. *
If you have sports or other activities that would make you unavailable right after school for a specific season, please describe in as much detail as possible (ie, I run cross country September-October, so I won't be available until November).  We have different programs that run each season. *
