These sessions should be viewed as a resource to learn where you have the most room for improvement, and what steps you can take to best target those areas. We want to close the skill gap on your teams by focusing on individual development that will have an immediate translation onto the field. Through the programming of Kevin McMahon and the support of professional coaches, we hope to continue to build a conducive environment to growing the love for the game within our club.
Here is a short list of the skills we will be touching on over the Spring- Building Confidence on the Ball; Learning how to receive and play the ball effectively; Knowing when and how to time passes and runs.

3. Neon Green Practice Jersey
4. Shin Guards
5. A Bag (Don't Lose Anything)
These sessions are FREE for ALL DUSC Players.

How to Respond to this Form:
If you have multiple DU players in the family and wish for them to train in the same training time, please have the younger sibling come with the older sibling to their training time (please still submit a form for EACH sibling).
You will receive ONE confirmation email per player.
Please select correct drop down TIME for your team (See Age Groups Below. We divided the teams by age group, times are listed for each below.
Groups:
5:15 pm - 6:05 pm = BU8-9 + GU9-11
6:10 pm - 7:00 pm = BU10-11 + GU12-14
7:05 pm - 7:55pm = BU12 and Up + Rhinos and Dynamo
