For this competition, students will be placed into a room and given a prompt. Students will then have 45 minutes from 9:30 a.m. - 10:15 a.m. on March 4, 2023 to prepare a 5-7 minute oratorical speech surrounding the prompt. Participants will then be assigned a time-slot to present their speech (with only a notecard as prompt) and present it to the judges. CKI Alumni & Kiwanians will select a winner after hearing the speeches of every participant. The winning participant will be recognized and present their speech at the Awards Gala.
