1) You will not receive an automatic receipt that this form has been submitted, but rather the Market Manager will email you confirming its receipt within a few days.  Please print individual pages if you want your own copy.

2) By filling out this application, you are agreeing to all Market Rules.  If accepted, a reminder of these rules will be sent.  Adherence of the Rules is mandatory for participation in the Market.

3) If you have eligible products, it is required by the Tosa Farmers Market that you accept SNAP tokens (SNAP is the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, formally Food Stamps).  Benefits empower recipients to be able to make food decisions for their families, and we want to support their choices at the Farmers Market.  It's added income to the vendor, and a valuable program for the consumer.  Failure to participate may affect your placement in the market.  See accepted products here: http://www.fns.usda.gov/snap/eligible-food-items

4) Payment is due by April 1st. All applicants will be informed in early March whether they have been accepted into the market.  Failure to pay on time may forfeit your space at the Market, and will forfeit any Early Bird eligibility. In other words, your acceptance into the market does not guarantee your spot until timely payment is received.
