This form is to be completed in order to reserve a spot to participate in this year's Fall Festival Trunk or Treat hosted by the Linwood Board of Recreation.
This form is only to be completed if you are planning on reserving a parking space to hand out candy or something else suitable for this type of event.
YOU DO NOT NEED TO FILL THIS OUT IF YOU ARE JUST PLANNING ON ATTENDING TO TRICK OR TREAT.
The Trunk or Treat will take place on Saturday, October 29, 2022, from 3-6 pm in the "Shell Parking Lot" next to the Hockey Rink at All Wars Memorial Park.
The Annual Fall Festival will be taking place at the same time too! There will be a Bier Garten for the adults in the Hockey Rink, as well as a pumpkin patch, food trucks, face painters, cornhole, and more!
You may start setting up your trunk at 2 pm that day and break it down after the Trunk or Treat has concluded.
Please be as creative as possible and have FUN!
Space is limited to the first 25 reservations so please sign up as soon as possible. THE DEADLINE TO RESERVE YOUR SPACE IS NOON ON OCTOBER 27, 2022.
