Both Parent and Student MUST agree and sign below.

My middle school student has my permission to ski/snowboard with other students without adult supervision at Snowbowl following the lessons provided by Snowbowl Ski School as part of the Sussex School downhill ski program. We understand that skiing and snowboarding are dangerous sports and inherent risks exist in participation in this program.

My child understands that he/she/they must be buddied up with at least two other students in order to free ski/snowboard after the lesson and will wait with their partners at all times, including at the top of the ski lift. My child and I understand that they will remain in eye and earshot of their ski partners at all times. Under no circumstances will my child ski/snowboard alone.

Students agree to ski responsibly, in control, in bounds, and with other skiers in mind. My child understands that he/she/they must make good decisions and use integrity and common sense when free skiing/snowboarding. Skiing out of control or irresponsibly can result in a loss of the free-ski privilege. 

Our signatures below indicate an agreement to the above conditions of Sussex School Free Ski Program at Montana Snowbowl.
