Authentic Presence Immersion is a professional training in the contemplative-based approach to end-of-life care. The training is designed for health and social care professionals as well as trained hospice or palliative care volunteers currently serving patients.

We look forward to having you join us for this unique program lead by pioneers and leaders in the field of contemplative practices and end-of-life care.  We have included this questionnaire to assist you with your personal reflection in preparation for the course.  It will also give our educators an idea of your background and work in the contemplative practices and end-of-life care.
