College Credit Plus Informational Requirement
If you could not make the meeting on November 21, 2019.  By completing this form and watching the link from the presentation, this will count as your attendance for the  CCP meeting for the 2020-2021 School year.  After you watch the presentation, you will put the date that you watched it and then it will send you to the next part.
 Part 2 is the forms that need filled out and a time line to show you what needs to be completed.
