The event is Friday, March 12, and the schedule is:

Normal Community Jazz Ensemble at 7:15 PM
Normal West Jazz Orchestra at 8:00 PM

Performance attire is nice clothing.  Ties or bow ties are recommended, if appropriate.  Please avoid jeans and gym shoes.  Check in/temperature checks are at 5:40 PM.  Enter through Door H, just like it is a rehearsal.

In addition to being an evening of great performances, the Normal West Jazz Night typically serves as a fundraiser for the NCWHS jazz bands.  Proceeds from ticket sales, a silent auction, and concessions support the purchase of music, instruments, and equipment.  Fundraising opportunities during the pandemic have been limited.  If you are in a position to support these groups at this time, you may do so at the link below.  We are grateful for your generosity and support!  https://tinyurl.com/jazznightdonations

This concert will allow a reduced in-person audience of two guests per performer.  In accordance with IHSA policy, in-person guests will be seated socially distanced from one another and the performers.  Guests are required to wear a mask while in the building and should not attend if they have experienced any of the following symptoms:  fever, cough, chills, muscle aches, sore throat, runny nose, loss of taste or smell, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, shortness of breath, headache, or close contact with an individual that has COVID-19.  We ask that in-person guests arrive approximately 15 minutes before the performance time of their student's group.  Please enter through the auditorium lobby doors off of our northeast parking lot.

Please complete this form ONCE for each performer, by Wednesday, March 10.  For contact-tracing purposes, only those names listed on this form will be admitted to the concert in-person.

This event will also be live streamed on the BAND App.  We recommend that your parents/supporters create an account in advance.  Mobile devices and computers with web browsers are capable of streaming.
