Please complete this form to participate in clinics and tryouts. Must be completed before attending the clinic on May 8. Clinic Dates and times are Monday, May 8 and Tuesday, May 9 3:30-5:30 in the West Gym. The clinics are when tryout material is taught, help is given, and questions are welcomed. You do not need to commit to trying out to attend clinics. All girls who will be attending Lakeside and in grades 9-12 in the 23/24 school year are welcome. Formal dance background is NOT needed, we are looking for potential and ability to be taught.
Attending both clinic days is HIGHLY recommended to be best prepared for those trying out. Tryouts will begin at 4pm on Thursday, May 11. There is an option to request tryout accommodations in the form if you have a spring sport or other unavoidable conflict.
Recommended attire for clinics: leggings or fitted dance shorts, tanks or t-shirts (no crops), and athletic shoes.
If you are placed on the team there is a mandatory uniform fitting on Monday, May 15th and a parent/team meeting on Monday, May 22, 6-7pm. First day of practice is July 31. A practice schedule will be given at the parent/team meeting.
