Complete and submit this form to participate in a volunteer effort in partnership with Esri. Volunteers will be creating nationwide layers of COVID-19 testing sites. Volunteers will "adopt" one or more counties (or parishes or boroughs) and commit to keeping their COVID-19 testing site data up to date. County assignments will be available on a first come, first served basis. You will receive invitations to join Slack and the GISCorps ArcGIS Online organization within 24 hours.
