Term 2 Group - SCIENCE LAB - Tuesdays

Tuesdays 3:15 to 5pm(ish)
This group is for those into science in all its fun and weird dimensions.
Over the term we will have a look at a whole range of random topics. There is science in everything when we look just below the surface and whatever topic we look at we do it with our science experimental brains turned on. 
  • This Group is starting Tuesday the 30th May.
The Tuesday after school groups start from 3:15 but doesn't formally kick off till about 3:50 as it takes time for people to arrive. Our session is broken up into Not Serious Time (eg before 3:50pm) and Serious Time after that. It is fine for parents to stay and chat (help yourself to tea/coffee) sometimes this might mean getting pulled in to help out with something. Our style is informal, interest driven, and where possible experimentation and challenge based.

Make sure you have also completed the 2024 Membership form if you haven't already.
We are free to attend but where caregivers can afford it we love to see donations. Rather than charging a set fee that not everyone can afford, becoming a patron and is our voluntary way of contributing.
