Community Food Distribution Registration

On Friday, March 15th, 2024, The Sharing Center will have our Community Food Distribution for 350 neighbors in need. Please sign up ASAP if you are available.

The location is at:

Oviedo Mall

1700 Oviedo Mall Blvd.

Oviedo, FL. 32765

We are looking for volunteers to help:

Set up the Distribution area (3)

Team Captains (5)

Car Registration- you must be bilingual (3)

Bag Preparation (50)

Distribute the Bags (50)

Tear down and clean up (5)

 

9:00 am Team Captains- Station preparation

9:30 am Volunteers- Breakfast & briefing

9:45 am Captains instruct teams and begin bagging

11:00 am Afternoon volunteers arrive

11:30 am Lunch for volunteers working both shifts

Noon Distribution begins

3:00 pm Clean up and load the truck

I likewise hold harmless from liability any person or agency transporting me to or from any volunteer activities.   Further, I expressly agree that this release, waiver and indemnity agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the State of Florida and that if any portion thereof is held invalid, it is agreed that the balance shall, notwithstanding, continue in full legal force and effect.   I have no known physical or mental condition that would impair my capability to participate fully as intended or expected of me.  The Sharing Center has permission to utilize any photographs or videos taken of me for publicity, recruitment or training purposes without compensation paid to me.  I have carefully read the foregoing release and indemnification, and understand the contents thereof, and sign this release as my own free act.  I understand and concur with all statements as they appear for me or my child.     *
