a) The program is now available in English and Hindi.
b) Only trained teachers will act as facilitators for the program in schools for the specific class/year of the program.
c) In the 1st year of the 3-year graded program, minimum 2 teachers to be trained for 1 section class and ideally 1 teacher per section for more than one section. In 2nd year, the trained teachers of Year-1 will get trained for Year-2 and in 3rd year the teachers trained in Year-2 will get trained for Year-3. Trained teachers in 3 years can conduct classes for any year-1/2/3.
d) The school has to provide at least 16 periods in the school time table specifically earmarked for this program.
e) Basic infrastructure required for implementing the program is Projector, Desktop/Laptop computer, and MS Office software or a Smart Class.
f) The school will share the monthly progress report on the progress of the ACP modules with ACP Headquarters at Ramakrishna Mission, Delhi by email. The report format and process for the same will be shared with trained schools later.
g) It is recommended that only teachers who have at least 5 years of service left be nominated for the training to act as facilitators.
h) 2 sets of Facilitator Manuals (CFT) and CDs containing both the English and Hindi PowerPoint slides will be provided each year after the training program to the schools. These materials are school’s property and have to be readily available for teachers to use in the class during facilitation. Now the content of manuals and CD are also available online only for schools trained and committed to run the program.
i) The 2-day Teachers’ Training Programs are being organized now in ONLINE MODE due to regulatory restrictions in travels and mass gathering.   This is a tightly packed intensive and interactive session. Thus it has to be taken seriously by teachers who are genuinely interested in conducting the program in their respective schools. Punctuality and attendance on both of days of training is to be adhered to by the teachers
j) During the academic year, the school will conduct online ACP class for students with the ACP Digital Version and our ACP Resource Persons will contact the school to schedule class observation online (till normalcy resumes in schools) and provide support to the teacher. We require Principal’s support and cooperation in scheduling such online classes and class observation online by our Resource Persons.
