This survey will ask you questions about students returning to school in the fall. Please keep in mind that you are answering this survey based on one school at a time.

You may fill out the survey more than once for each building that your children attend.  Your responses will help the district in being better prepared to reopen and meet the needs of our parents and students.  

Please understand that your responses will be considered with the pending guidance expected from the Governor's Office and the New York State Education Department. Any regulations set forth by them, we will need to comply with.
