FRIDAY EVENING OF BOTH WEEKS WILL INCLUDE A SHOWINGS OF WORK

To participate in the SUMMER Pilot Programme you are required to be nominated by either:
- a leader within your production group - producer, director, production manager etc
OR
- a director or teacher of performing arts that has worked with you.
The nominator must be able to speak about your performance ability - dance, vocal and acting as well as your ability to take direction and works in a group and need to complete their nomination form at https://forms.gle/SdgAkpgc797SPi8E7

4) Terms and Conditions
- I understand that this application does not guarantee me a place in the 2022 Summer Pilot Programme.
- I understand that our team will contact my nominator for a reference and they have given permission for their contact details to be given.
- I understand that the creative teams will decide which pilot I am placed in based on the applications received.
- I understand that if successful in gaining a place in the 2022 Summer Pilot Programme I will be required to pay a non-refundable fee of $450 upon acceptance. Refunds will be provided should the current Government restrictions change.  Should an issue arise that requires a participant to withdraw a refund will be given only if we are able to replace them on the Programme or cover their costs.
- I understand that I am required to sort my own travel, accommodation and food. This is not included in the $450 fee.
- I understand that participants must fall within the age limits at the time of the workshop start date. (11 YEARS TO 18 YEARS OLD)
- - I understand that as New Zealand will be under the new traffic light system in January regarding covid-19 and therefore all participants, creatives, volunteers and audience members will require being double vaccinated with proof via certificate or passport or for those under 16 years a letter from your GP.  Those aged 11 years are of course exempt from this requirement.
- I understand that during the week I will be free of other commitments; to ensure I am able to attend all rehearsals and performances, to ensure that scripts, vocals and choreography are revised each night, to ensure the I am adequately rested at the start of each day.
- I understand that should I be offered a space in the Summer Pilot Programme I will be sent a letter of acceptance including a full set of terms and conditions.
