CAHS Schedule Change and Questions Form 2020-2021
Utilize this form to initiate a schedule change, an addition or request a clarification.  This form will help to reduce the clutter of the counselor's email inbox and allow them to process all questions and changes in a more efficient manner.  This form does not guarantee a change.  A confirmation email will be sent to the parent and student via their School Counselor or Administrator. You must follow your current schedule until action is taken upon this request.

Please know that the following conditions need to be met in order to initiate a schedule change...
Reasons for a change:
- Course prerequisites not met
- Missing a graduation requirement and a member of the class of 2021
- Elimination of an academic assist
- Previously received credit for the course
- Meet additional college requirements
- Guardian permission is required
- There must be space available in the class you are requesting
