MYLead is operated entirely by volunteers, over 250 in total. Not a single member of our staff is paid. Each of us chooses to dedicate time to this organization because we have seen first hand the impact we have on the lives of young leaders in the great state of Michigan. Because all that we accomplish is done by volunteers, there is something available for everyone, no matter your background, skillset, strengths, or time available.
