For your application to be considered, you will need to know about the role you are applying for. A Video Game Specialist will need to be able to perform and demonstrate the following:
-Strong customer service skills in person and on phone.
-Welcome customers and set up games for them on systems new and old.
-Use point of sale software to track hours and ring up purchases.
-Be able to converse with customers and suggest games.
-Basic troubleshooting involving a wide range of systems and technology both new and old.
-Light cleaning and sanitizing of chairs, tables, floors, and controllers.
-Must be able to stay on task unsupervised to complete tasks assigned.
