Employer Requirements to participate in Spring 2024 EdTech MBA Fellowship:
  1. It is critical to submit a comprehensive project proposal. Please ensure that your 6+-sentence project proposal includes the six criteria (listed within FAQ doc,) otherwise, we will need to follow up with you to edit your project proposal before moving forward in the process. You can review additional criteria and example project proposals at the bottom of the FAQ doc here.
  2. If any EdTech MBA fellow candidate (1) does not show up for a scheduled interview (without advanced notice), (2) reneges on an accepted offer (without a discussion & your approval), or (3) ends the Fellowship before the agreed-upon end-date (without a discussion & your approval), you are required to inform Hailey (EdTech MBA Founder & President) at hailey@edtechmba.com.The EdTech MBA Community does not tolerate this behavior as it represents disrespect and unprofessionalism. Upon notice, these students will be formally removed from the EdTech MBA Community, losing immediate access to EdTech MBA fellowships, events, and the Slack/LinkedIn/Whatsapp groups.
  3. If you determine that none of the candidates are strong fits for your proposal after (at least) three interviews, you can pull out of the process, but otherwise, you must commit to completing the process from start to finish
  4. If you extend an offer to a candidate and the candidate accepts, you are required to let the EdTech MBA Community know and complete the provided hiring decision survey
  5. Upon successful placement, you, as the employer, will be charged a $499 placement fee (per Fellow.) The community is keeping this placement fee minimal to ensure that it is affordable to companies of all stages and does not deter companies from applying
