Hot Chocolate Bomb Order Form!
This form is for shipping orders only! If you are local, message me and we will work it out!
Bombs will come in packs of 6. My shipping containers hold 6 at a time and it is the only way to ensure that they don't rattle all over and break.

A 6-pack of bombs is $30. Each bomb is approximately 2.5-3" wide and crafted by hand using gourmet ingredients! They are the perfect treat for yourself, gift or party favor!

Shipping will be $8, priority mail. If you want more than one 6-pack, I will calculate the shipping for you prior to touching base on payment! At this time, Venmo and Facebook pay are the preferred method of payment. If that is an issue, we will work it out!

By filling out this form and placing an order, you acknowledge that I am not liable for product once it leaves my hands. I will make every reasonable effort to package them extremely well and mark the box very clearly as Fragile. However, I cannot make any promises as to the handling by postal workers. Should they arrive damaged, they will still make a mean cup of cocoa!  I will do my very best to fill orders as quickly as possible.
