Hola Amigas y Amigos! Congrats on taking the first step to owning a fab property in MEXICO!!! As I'm sure you know, I've gone through this entire process myself, and now I'm organizing it for you so that all you have to do is get on a flight! :)
These Mexico Real Estate Trips are for Riviera Maya only right now (Playa del Carmen, Tulum, Playacar), but I will probably expand them later to other areas.
Your trip is a PER PERSON basis, but the more people you book, the lower the cost. I will list pricing estimates below for your reference, and then our local tour company will provide you with an exact quote!
NOTE**** IF you would like to join the larger GROUP TRIP Real Estate Tour in December or January with Alyssa on it, please check the box for it! This trip will be to specfically look at the new buildings of the complex Alyssa has purchased in (we are going to try to buy the entire 30 units so it's all our people!!!). Depending on when the listing goes up, it may be sooner! If you aren't interested in this property, you can at least meet others who may be interested in buying in the same building as you!

Each trip includes the following for around $800-1000 for 5 days/4nights
- Airport transfer OR car rental options (you def need at least a bike to explore Tulum on your own)
- Accommodations
- 2 Meals with your Realtor
- Professional, Trusted multi-lingual Realtor to assist you before and during the trip and take you to showings
You can also choose to add on activities if you'd like!
