2021 Holiday Fair Guest Artist Application
Welcome to the Durham Craft Market! We are excited about your interest in our 2021 Holiday Fair. We will have spaces available at our event for market members and guest vendors. The details about our show are as follows:

Date: Sunday December 12, 2021
Location: Durham Central Park Pavillion
Time: 10am to 4pm
Guest Vendor Booth Fee: $75
Please note: due to our contract with the Durham Farmer's Market we are unable to accept any vendors that sell consumable items. This includes food, condiments, and pet food.

All work must be handcrafted by the NC local artist who is applying to the show.  All vendors are required to have and provide the Durham Craft Market with their NC state tax ID number. If you are accepted as a guest vendor for the event, booth fee payment instructions will be included in your acceptance letter.  

For best success, we recommend completing this application on a desktop computer. You will receive an email notification when your application has been received.

The deadline to apply and submit the fee for the 2021 Shop Small Saturday is midnight, Friday, August 20, 2021.

Event Policies
LOCATION: The Durham Central Park Pavilion is located at 501 Foster St, Durham, NC 27701. We will be setting up under and around the Pavilion that is used for the Durham Farmers Market.  

SET UP and BREAK DOWN: Set up will be begin at 8:00am. Vendors must remain set-up for the duration of the event and may not begin packing or breaking down until 4:00 pm.

PRODUCTS FOR SALE: All products must be handcrafted by the NC local artist who is accepted to the show.  The artist must be the one attending the show and selling the work. All vendors are required to have and provide the Durham Craft Market with their NC state tax ID number.

 2021 Durham Craft Market Shop Holiday Fair Agreement
A sent application constitutes a contract to follow and be bound by the Durham Craft Market Rules, Limitations & Procedures and is a commitment to participate if accepted. Violations of Rules, Limitations & Procedures prior to, during, and/or at the end of the show will result in loss of exhibitor space, without refund, and the exhibitor will be excluded from future shows with the Durham Craft Market.

Applicant certifies that photos of work accurately depict applicant materials. Applicant certifies photos submitted are the sole work and ownership of applicant. Applicant agrees that photos and description of work may be used in promotional materials for the respective event. Sending this application certifies that you have read and understand the rules for this event.
