moving into 2024, I will have various groups of breathing opportunities.

ONLINE
breath beginnings: this will be a group for people who are new to breathwork, specifically conscious connected breathwork, and who want to learn the what, why, how's of this practice. 
Tuesdays at 3-5pm PST
breath liaison: this will be for experienced breathers- who want to take their practice into deeper spaces with inquiry, contemplation, and expanded tools.
Fridays at 1030-1230pm PST

both of these offerings will be online via zoom. recordings are not available, so your attendance is required. 
$333 USD for 8 week container. 

IN PERSON
If you are local to Victoria, BC- I will have an in person offering beginning January 11th for 8 weeks: somatic movement (gentle + restorative), CCB, and plant ally.  
Thursdays 6-9pm PST
Sliding scale: $460-600 CAD for 8 week container
space is limited to 6 people.
