I am excited for the opportunity to coach you and your board in building and growing your nonprofit organization! Please take a moment to complete the Founder & Board Member Coaching Application. I review applications on a monthly basis and will notify you of your selection by the 10th of each month.

Founder & Board Member Coaching is a 1:1 service where I work directly with the Founder, Board Members and key employees. The services include one coaching session a month. There is an option to host sessions in person versus virtual. The sessions are designed specifically to meet the needs of the organization's leaders. During the Coaching Term throughout the month I provide strategic plans, budgets, resources, templates, samples, training and motivation in order to increase knowledge, learn new skills and shift attitudes to make the greatest impact.
