Adult Chaperone Application
Chaperone Requirements:
      - 18+
      - Ability to pass a background check
      - Agree to camp policies
      - Willing to supervise youth including sleeping in cabins with them (separate rooms).
      - Complete required UW-Madison trainings 
      - Attend a virtual training session

Selection for 2024 Adult Chaperones will be based upon:
     -Quality of application (review the questions below before completing application)
     -Quality of interview
