Virtual Summer Games: Activity Packet Sign Up
Thank you for joining us for the 2021 Virtual Summer Games. This year, Special Olympics Illinois is offering a way to engage with the event offline in the form of an activity packet. You can access that activity packet in one of two ways:

1) Download the activity packet from virtualsummergames.soill.org.  
2) Request a printed activity packet via mail by completing the form below.

Our team will do our best to get to everyone prior to the start of Virtual Summer Games, but we cannot guranteer receipt for any activity packets requested after June 9, 2021.
