Redstone Elementary's Parent/Teacher Organization (PTO) wants you!

How does it work? There’s so many ways to get involved. One way is to volunteer to be one of the coordinators of event or area supported by PTO

For the 2023/24 school year, our President, Vice President and Secretary positions are opening up, while our Treasurer is in her second year of her term. So, besides Treasurer, all positions to are open to new or returning parents/care givers.

Let us know any and all the roles that interest you. The current PTO Board will place people according to their interests and best fit.

Rockin Run Coordinator (need 3) - This is our main fundraiser, occurring in the early Fall. Coordinate running event and prizes. Oversee volunteers, donations and spending

Fall Festival Coordinator (need 3) - Coordinate family fall event, bringing our RSE family together . Oversee volunteers, spending and tasks

Spring Event Coordinator (need 2-3) Coordinate Spring event to unite our community and raise money for RSE. Oversee volunteers, spending, tasks, and donations

Community Events Coordinator (need 3) - Coordinate Back to School PTO Social, Pastries with Parents, 5th Grade Continuation and assist with any additional general meetings or events to unite our community.

Spirit Wear Coordinator - Coordinate Redstone spirit wear sales with vendor and school. Help sell it at school/PTO events

Hospitality Coordinator - Plan ways to let our staff know we care and support them. This includes coordinating meals, snacks and other goodies throughout the year (about once a month). Typically one Track spending

Restaurant Nights Coordinator - Organize all restaurant fundraiser nights.

Staff Birthday Coordinator - Coordinate monthly staff birthday gifts.

Staff Appreciation Week Coordinator (need 3) - Coordinate Staff Appreciation Week (activities/gifts for staff). Be available during events. Track spending against budget.

Sponsorship Coordinator -Create sponsorship letter and levels for donations for both annual and event sponsors. Serve as main contact for sponsors. Fulfill sponsor level responsibilities

Garden Coordinator (need 2) - Oversee care of Redstone Garden, involving students in planting, caring, harvesting and cooking what they grow

Spirit Rock Coordinator - Create sign up genius for spirit rock and track spirit rock payments
