你好！我的名字是黃道宏，目前在美國唸書中。這學期修了一門日文課，有一個期末演講的project。
其中一個可以選擇的主題是日本的歌。作為梶浦老師的粉絲，想說就不要錯過這個機會，介紹自己有愛的東西順便傳教ＸＤ

這個演講主要要分成三部分：調查、創作、總結。其中調查的部分包含找資料，整理成圖表等發表。由於我自己實際上認識的朋友中老師的粉絲不多，就想到借助粉絲圈中大家的幫忙，做個簡單的問卷調查，希望能變成我期末演講的材料（然後順便了解其他粉絲們的想法ＸＤ）

由於演講的內容我目前的想法是聚焦在介紹老師和Kalafina兩者身上，所以問卷的問題也會集中在這兩邊。
開頭我會想收集一些個人資料：暱稱/稱謂、年齡範圍、性別等，主要想做成圖表來發表。個人資料皆可以選擇不透露（除了稱謂）。除此之外最後會有一些開放式問題詢問大家的想法。我會希望把這部分做一些整理，放在最後的總結裡。

Hi there! My name is Kevin, I'm currently studying in the US. I took a Japanese language course this semester, and there is a final speech project. One of the topics to choose among is Japanese Song. As a fan of Kajiura Sensei, I figured I'd take this opportunity to introduce and promote something I love very much.

This speech consists of three parts: Investigation, Creation, and the Summary. For the investigation part, it can be something like looking up information from the internet and present them in charts/graphs. Since I don't have many friends that are fan of Kajiura Sensei, I would like to ask for some help from the fan community, by making a simple survey and hoping that the information I gather can be part of my final speech. (And to be honest, I would really like to know the thoughts of other fans, too.)

Since my current thoughts on this speech would be focusing on Kajiura Sensei and Kalafina, so the questions in this survey will also be around them two.
I would like to gather some personal information at the beginning: your names (nicknames), age range, where're you from, and your gender. If you don't feel comfortable answering any of these questions, feel free to skip them (except for the name/nickname). I would like to use these information on charts/graphs to show the ratio of sex/age among the fans. In addition, there will be some open questions asking your opinion. Hopefully these information would be put in the summary part of my speech project.

こんにちは、私はKevinと申します。今アメリカに留学中で、今学期は日本語の授業を受けました。この授業はスピーチプロジェクトがあります。トピックはいくつがあるが、私は「日本の歌」というトピックを選びました。そして、梶浦先生のファンの一人として、私はこの機会でクラスの皆さんに梶浦先生のことを紹介したいと思います。

このスピーチプロジェクトは三つの部分があります：「調査」、「創造」、「まとめ」。その中で、「調査」はネットで資料を集めたりして、その結果をグラフで発表するという形になります。私は友達の中に梶浦先生のファンである人があんまりいないので、こうしてこの簡単なアンケートを作って、ネットのファン方々の間に意識調査を行おうとします。その結果は私のプロジェクトの材料として使ってもらうようにします（その上、他のファンの思いや考えも興味を持っているからです）。

私はこのスピーチが梶浦先生とKalafinaを中心にしたいと思います。それで、アンケートの問題もこの両者を中心にします。最初は何らかの個人情報を集めたいと思いますが、年齢（の範囲）や性別とかの個人情報を披露したくない方はそれらをスキップしても構いません。個人情報はファンの方々の年齢層や性別の割合をグラフで発表するために使われるつもりです。その後は幾つの問題が皆さんのご意見を伺って、その結果をまとめて「まとめ」の部分に入れたいと思います。
