Please read the following carefully before proceeding to the application form.

This Volunteer Agreement is a description of the arrangement between Catapult Outreach Inc and you (the volunteer) in relation to your voluntary work. The intention of this agreement is to assure you that we appreciate your efforts in volunteering with us and to indicate our commitment to do the best we can to make your experience with us a positive and rewarding one. The volunteer understands that the relationship with Catapult Outreach Inc is limited to a volunteer position and that no compensation is expected in return for services provided by the volunteer.

1. INDUCTION AND TRAINING
We provide thorough induction on the work of Catapult Outreach Inc, its staff, your volunteering role and the training necessary to perform your volunteering role.

2. SUPERVISION, SUPPORT AND FLEXIBILITY Catapult Outreach Inc encourages volunteers to take on a variety of roles as required and to adhere to the code of conduct stipulated by Catapult Outreach Inc.

3. EXPENSES
There will be no reimbursements for the expenses incurred unless prior approval is obtained from the management of Catapult Outreach Inc or if the expenses are officially requested by the management.

4. WAIVER AND RELEASE
The volunteer release forever discharges and holds Catapult Outreach Inc harmless from any or all liabilities, claims and demands of whatever kind or nature, either in law or equity, which arise or hereafter arises from the services that the volunteer provided to Catapult Outreach Inc. The volunteer understands that this release discharges Catapult Outreach Inc from any liability or claim from the volunteer in the event of any bodily injury, illness, death or property damages that may arise whilst performing volunteer duties.

5. INSURANCE
The volunteer understands and accepts that Catapult Outreach Inc will not be purchasing any insurance coverage for the volunteer and the volunteer hereby expressly waives such claim for compensation or liability from Catapult Outreach Inc in the event of any medical or property damage expenses occurred.

6. PHOTOGRAPHIC/MEDIA RELEASE
The volunteer grants and conveys to Catapult Outreach Inc all rights, titles and interests in any and all photographs, videos or audio recordings of the volunteer or any likeness made by Catapult Outreach Inc while providing the volunteer services.

7. TERMINATION
The volunteer service may be terminated by Catapult Outreach Inc or the volunteer at will.

8. CONFIDENTIALITY
All volunteers are required to abide by the confidentiality clause of the Catapult Outreach Inc and undertake not to divulge any information meant for internal circulation to any person or sources outside Catapult Outreach Inc.

9. CONDUCT EXPECTATIONS
- Treat every individual with honesty, dignity and respect.

- Contribute to a cooperative and positive working environment.

- Be committed in your volunteering duties and responsibilities.
