Thank you for your interest in my book club! We are gearing up for our 2024 reads and are excited for your participation. Below is all the information you need to know. If any questions come up, email me at mallorycmw@gmail.com.
- Everyone is welcome in the Book Club! I value a variety of perspectives and believe that brings the best book club conversations. You don't even need to know me very well to participate!
- We’ll meet every two months (6 books in 2024) for 1 hour on Sunday. We’ll take turns choosing books so everyone will have an opportunity to pick or recommend books. Each person will also have the opportunity to lead a book club session if they picked that book and want to lead.
- If you can’t come to a meeting, that’s totally fine! But if you sign up, I’d love for you to try to make as many as you can.
- Our book club won’t be dedicated to any certain genre, but hopefully we’ll get a nice well-rounded group of books by the end of the year!
- The 2024 book club will not be “drop-in” in the sense that I will be asking for sign-ups in December and then will close the book club for the year to that group! I want to make sure we keep it intimate and consistent. We’ll plan a meeting in early January to select our first book of the year. We’ll meet in February, April, June, August, October, & December. We'll meet from 2-3pm EST.
- The Book Club is totally free. You are responsible for procuring the books on your own (ideally from your local library or book shop!).
