Your grade will depend mostly on your projects.  Projects will typically be worth 30-40 points.  Besides projects, there will be smaller assignments, exercises, and random participation point days throughout the term that will be averaged into your grade.  Assignments and exercises will be worth 5-20 points. One day of participation points is worth 5 points.

Please check Aspire regularly.  I won’t be posting grades in my room, so check Aspire for your current grade and for missing assignments.  I will give progress reports to students around midterm.  I may or may not require these to be signed by a parent and brought back for a score.  Losing a progress report is not an excuse for not turning it in.  If you have lost your progress report you can always print a current report from Aspire and have a parent sign it.
