Vendors
Vendor fee: $150 per 10'x10' space. Max 3 spaces. Must Supply own tent/electric if needed
Village of Patchogue also requires a one day vending permit for Patchogue events; you will need to fill out the village one day vendor form and send back to me, Fee is $25 non food/$50 food. This cost will be incorporated into the vendor fee link that we will share prior to the event to be paid. ***This form will be sent to you to fill out if your application is accepted.
Food trucks
$250 for a Spot
Must have your yearly inspection done with the Patchogue Fire Marshall (Jesse can share contact if needed). Village Charges $50 for the one day permit that will be added to full cost of participating in the event, Jesse will give you the one day permit on the day of event. Payment link will be emailed to you prior to the event ($300 total)
NOTE: This form does not guarantee space to vend. A Blue Point team member will be in touch shortly! Blue Point will have final say as to who will be accepted as a vendor and all vending must be done properly by NYS guid lines. Each vendor space will be evaluated by a BP staff member day of, if accepted.
