If you're missing an item from your order please fill out this form requesting a replacement.
Please make sure to have your products rulebook to hand (if applicable) to reference the item that needs replacing correctly, this will ensure that we do not send out the incorrect replacements.
Card Replacements
If you're missing a card or it is damaged, please check the bottom left of the card art for A6 cards and bottom left of the Item cards for their respective codes to determine which card you are missing.
In such cases Themeborne is usually able to offer a free of charge replacement parts service. Shipping costs of this service may need to be covered by the customer - to be decided by Themeborne on a case by case basis.
Replacement parts are sent out periodically and are shipped from the UK. If you're not in the UK, please be aware that your replacement part will take a while to arrive.
