Join us September 7th at 6pm for a gentle and restorative all level yoga class overlooking the grounds of the scenic Blue Cork Winery. This class is accessible to the beginner or seasoned yogi. As an added bonus, this class will be coupled with aromatherapy to connect the breath to the body and allow prana or energy to begin flowing in the body. Did you know scent influences emotions and triggers memories more quickly than our other senses because the olfactory response (smell) extends directly into the brain? You will be sure to end this workshop feeling relaxed and rejuvenated! Afterwards, there will be a drawing prize for participants, an optional question and answer portion on how to use oils for their physical and emotional benefits, and of course, wine! Your $25 ticket purchase includes an hour long yoga class from 6-7pm (with hands on adjustments and aromatherapy application if desired), optional Q&A on doTerra essential oils, and a glass of one of the amazing wines by Blue Cork Winery! Yoga mats or towels are required for workshop. Bottle of water is advisable. Pre-registration and pre-pay is required to reserve spot.
