Survey on supporting youth careers
Your Future Is Our Business (YFIOB) is looking to better understood the ways in which industry professionals like yourself might be interested/willing to engage with middle school and high school students to help them understand career paths and to work towards flourishing careers. Please share your perspectives!

This project is being carried out in collaboration with the Tech4Good Lab at UC Santa Cruz, who will be supporting us in research and design, as well as with a UCSC project-based course.

This survey and the optional follow-up interview is part of a collaboration with the Tech4Good Lab at UC Santa Cruz aimed at understanding how to better support youth in their careers and how to support teachers and parents in supporting youth in their careers. Any information collected will be kept confidential and only released in aggregated form or used anonymously. Participation is voluntary and you are free to not submit data at any point in time. Your data will be stored on secure servers. Despite our efforts to secure your data, there could be risks of accidentally disclosing your information, but we do not see foreseeable risks even if this were to happen. If you have any questions or complaints, or would like to withdraw consent at any time, please contact David Lee at dlee105@ucsc.edu.
