* The ceremony will be conducted in Cantonese.

Sponsored by the Citi Foundation, Hong Kong Council of Social Service held the first community-based social innovation competition, “Social Innovation • Community 4.0”. The competition encourages young people to learn more about the community, and to make use of their Design Thinking skills to create Prototype in accordance with the needs of the community. Participants will be able to use their Empathy to Define the problems in the community and Ideate social innovating ideas.

由花旗集團贊助，香港社會服務聯會主辦全港首個以「社區」為本的學界比賽 -「社創。社區4.0」。比賽鼓勵青少年認識社區，以設計思維 (Design Thinking)針對社區需要構思原型方案 (Prototype)。參賽者透過實地考察，經歷同理心 (Empathy)，定義 (Define)社區問題並思考 (Ideate)社創點子。
