About Heritage Swimming Academy

Our swimming training program is designed to help each individual swimmer to achieve their full potential in swimming. Swimmers in Heritage swimming academy are grouped in accordance with their ability levels and we accommodate all ages from 4 -20. Activities are age and ability appropriate as we focus on skill development and technique refinement. The students learn both Aquatic and Water Safety skills while following the scientific principles of training. The coaches on board are fully qualified trainers with CPR certification. There are also four lifeguards on duty supervising the pool to ensure a safe learning environment.

Whether your child is a total beginner or a proficient swimmer, Heritage Swimming Academy (HSA) is here to serve your needs and to receive your child(ren) with open hands. The academy runs throughout the year. Both Heritage and Non-Heritage students are welcome to register and join the academy.

GOALS :

To accommodate swimmers of all age categories and all abilities

To introduce, develop and refine all the four competitive swimming strokes

To improve and maintain the students’ physical fitness and health status.

To strengthen HIS swimming program from Early Years to GR12 and offer our swimmers competition opportunities which are both within and outside the ISSAK league.

Grouping of the different Age Categories ;
The groupings will include the following :,
Guppy (Beginners)
Minnow (Confident Beginners)
Barracuda (Independent Swimmer)
Nemo (Determined Beginner)
Dolphin (Learning Strokes)
Stingray (Intermediate )
Shark (Pros/ Advanced)
