After reading the VAMOS A HAVANA con DESERT DANCE THEATRE letter and reviewing the Travel Packages for SISTER MOSES in CUBA, please fill out and submit this Information/Reservation form. This will help us to gather information needed to assist you in reserving and securing the travel package and activities of your choice. The travel reservations and customized access tickets to the Havana Jazz Festival services are provided by Desert Dance Theatre in coordination with a local travel agency.

Sister Moses Travel Package Dates:

7 Day Travel - Friday, January 19, 2024 thru Thursday, January 25, 2024

5 Day Travel - Friday, January 19, 2024 thru Tuesday, January 23, 2024

The Travel Packages does not include Havana Jazz Festival tickets, airfare or visas. If needed, we can advise you on the best travel dates and airfares (via Southwest Airlines), etc.

Patrons are welcome to attend any or all performances of "Sister Moses" performances on January 19, 20, 21, 2024 at the Teatro America in Havana. There will be a Farewell Cast Party after the final performance on Sunday, January 21st at Impulso, a local club. All are welcome to attend. No host bar.

FYI - Desert Dance Theatre will be flying Southwest Airlines from Phoenix to/from Havana. Most of the Sister Moses performers will arrive in Havana on Wednesday, January 17, 2024 and depart on Monday, January 22, 2024. But some of us will arrive on Sunday, January 14, 2024 and staying until Thursday, January 25, 2024 to enjoy the famous Havana Jazz Festival that begins on Sunday, January 21, 2024 through Monday, January 29, 2024.
