The PA-TSA State Leadership Conference provides students from across the state with an opportunity to engage in a variety of competitive events, leadership opportunities, and much more. Without volunteers like you, this conference would not be possible. Please know how much your support is appreciated by the members of PA-TSA. This year’s conference will be held in-person at Seven Springs Resort, April 17-20, 2024. While the conference and all events will be in-person on site at Seven Springs, a very limited number of judging opportunities will be available virtually.

Please complete and submit this form so that we can begin assigning judges to events. Finalized judging assignments and confirmations will be sent to you by the end of March.

Availability & preference for judging

Please tell us about your availability to judge competitions at the 2024 state conference.

The conference will have two ways in which you can judge. You can participate in either of the following:
- VIRTUAL JUDGING - EARLY SUBMISSION EVENTS: As students now submit portions of several events online prior to the start of the conference, it is possible to evaluate these components prior to arrival on-site. If you elect to judge this way, you will receive a scoring rubric and a list of submissions on or about April 10, and you will have until April 17 to evaluate them at your own convenience. Please note that the need for this type of judging is substantially less than the need for in-person judging at Seven Springs.
- JUDGING IN-PERSON @ SEVEN SPRINGS: Similar to pre-pandemic conferences, we will need judges April 17-19 on-site at Seven Springs. Additionally, in-person judges can have access to early submission entries prior to the conference, if you would like additional time to review entries prior to arriving at Seven Springs, for those events designated as early submission on the event matrix.

If you are not an advisor (advisors already receive a tshirt as part of their conference registration) and would like a complimentary conference t-shirt, please indicate your size here. T-shirts will be available for pick-up in the Wintergreen Room upon arrival to Seven Springs. Please note that while we are happy to provide tshirts to virtual judges, you will need to make arrangements to receive your shirt (having someone pick up for you from Seven Springs) as PA-TSA will not mail them this year.
