You agree to cover travel expenses to/from NYWC (including flights, fuel, parking, taxi, shuttle, etc.).
You will arrive and check in by Tuesday, November 19th, and depart on Sunday, November 24th, after 5pm.
You understand that you will receive an assigned roommate, and be responsible for incidental charges on your hotel room.
You are available to serve during all of NYWC from arrival to departure.
You understand this job involves long hours, lots of walking, and the need to smile a lot!
You understand that if selected you will miss out on attending breakouts, Big Rooms and many other elements of the event.
You are willing to offer references and undergo a background check.
In consideration of being allowed to volunteer my services at the National Youth Workers Convention, I hereby acknowledge that there are certain risks of injury involved, and I knowingly and freely assume all such risks and assume full responsibility for my participation with the submission of this form.
Videos, photographs, and audio clips are taken at all conferences to be used for future promotional material.
By submitting this form, I am giving permission to Youth Specialties to use my picture or video in promotional materials.
