Schedule, prepare for and lead monthly PTO Board meetings. Meet with each committee chair and be available to answer any questions. Meet with the principal to discuss the activities calendar and provide updates on PTO business. Work closely with the treasurer to establish an annual budget.

Detail-oriented and able to oversee the planning and implementation of Camden's fundraisers (i.e Walkathon/Jump and Jam, Square One Art, Coupon Books).

Record and distribute minutes of all general Board meetings. Maintain a complete file of all approved minutes, agendas and materials distributed at any official PTO meeting.

*This is not a Board position but you will work closely with the board and they will be a resource to you! This position is a great opportunity for two people to lead as co-coordinators so that you are able to use your strengths in different areas. You will be provided with detailed notes to help you schedule the event/venue, contact past corporate sponsors including the sponsor forms, instructions on the online portion of the fundraiser, communication to send home to families, individual/class prize incentive ideas and ways to promote the fundraiser. This is our largest fundraiser and the funds support our students and teachers for the entire year through student activities, hospitality, teacher grants and more!
