Family Time incorporates concepts and topics that help to introduce families and children to the pleasure and power of using nursery rhymes, songs, and stories from around the world. It is a fun and interactive way of encouraging children to share a song or a rhyme that they like to sing in their family in order to promote inclusion and community building. Different topics such as self-care, health and nutrition, movement, festivals and celebrations will be explored throughout our Family Time programs. This program is for children 0-6 years old.
Jump! Hop! Run! a fun, interactive and high-energy program for caregivers and children to sing and dance to the various beat of the songs. Exercise is incorporated into the moves to encourage children to build on their gross motor skills. Children can balance on one leg, jump, kick, run, hop, skip, twist, and twirl while singing. Caregivers are encouraged to participate with their children by rocking or lifting them through various partner songs to create a bonding relationship. Caregivers learn the importance of role modeling while gaining knowledge in physical literacy. This program encourages the importance of lifelong health and nutrition skills. This program is for children 0-6 years old.
