Google Docs is a free and cloud based alternative to Microsoft Word. In this class you will learn about starting Docs from Gmail, creating a document, Autosave, saving a document with a file name, basic formatting, print preview, printing with Adobe Acrobat, exiting a document and opening a saved document. Participants need a Google account to access this program. If you need help setting up a Google account, simply come to class twenty minutes early for assistance, or ask for help some day/time prior to class. This class is free and open to the public. Advance registration required. The Library supplies computers for attendees.
