MUST HAVE
* Exceptionally talented and/or experienced with Adobe After Effects
* Creative and hacker mindset
* Deep understanding of hypercasual and casual marketing
 * Strong organizational skills

NICE TO HAVE
* Track record of creating marketing materials for successful mobile games
* Good understanding of casual and hypercasual games and their hooks
* Familarity working with Unity3D
