Non-conformity of quality turns a manufacturer into an enormous financial impact due to product safety and reliability indemnifications, customer returns for poor quality performance. To remanufacture new production for shipment replacement and to recover customer satisfaction are always being a detrimental effect to a firm. Deployment of Industry 4.0 into product qualification and life testing cycle prior to mass production dilemma, and, in the “In process quality control” in the production floor would be the remedy for the problem. Real cases in the factory will be shared during the presentation for enhancing over productivity and quality performance.
