Tustin Connect Family Survey - Trimester 2 In-Person/Hybrid Request

The first trimester of the school year will be coming to a close on November 6th. As was promised, we would like to give families an opportunity to change their child’s hybrid option for the upcoming trimester. Trimester 2 will be in session from November 9 through February 26. In order to remain in compliance with current social distancing guidelines, the weekly schedule will continue as is. If you would like to change your child’s current hybrid option please complete the questions below. The window for making changes to your child’s program is from October 21 - October 28. After October 28, the window to request a change will be closed. Please complete one survey for each of your children.

Return to School Instructional Delivery Options *

Option 1: Join or Continue Hybrid - students will attend classes at the school site per the oultine above. In-person school will include smaller class sizes, required face coverings, temperature checks, social distancing, and daily sanitizing of facilities.

Option 2: Join or Continue Virtual - students will attend classes from home via livestream following the hybrid school schedule.
